We learned so much from this tour. We went during off season but still felt like it was worth it with all the effort the owner outs in. Would recommend to others, especially those looking for something uniquely Sicilian.

A fantastic guided tour with lots of interesting information about salt and salt harvesting. We also got to taste the different salts and flavored salts. It was definitely worth it!

We really enjoyed our olive oil and wine tasting. We learnt a lot about olive oil and I have a much greater appreciation for it now. We had done wine tasting before so it was good but as you would expect we didn’t learn as much new information. I loved the setting and we learnt about the estate and I would have loved to learn even more.
