I am a traveler who recently traveled to Alishan through your company. I am writing to formally express my heartfelt gratitude and highly commend Mr. Ken, your driver and tour guide, for his professionalism and sense of responsibility.
During this Alishan trip, Mr. Ken accompanied us throughout the entire journey. He not only arranged the itinerary clearly and managed the time well, but also patiently explained the background stories, natural environments, and cultural details at each attraction, making the entire trip more fulfilling and in-depth. This dedication and professionalism gave us a deeper understanding of Alishan and greatly enhanced our overall travel experience.
Furthermore, Mr. Ken also took great care of each passenger throughout the trip. For passengers experiencing motion sickness, he proactively inquired about their well-being and considered every detail, demonstrating that he is not only a responsible driver and tour guide, but also a service provider who truly puts passengers first.
After disembarking at the end of the trip, I inadvertently left my Burberry bag on the bus. The bag contained all my important documents, bank cards, and a mobile phone—all very important and valuable items to me. When I realized I had lost it and contacted Mr. Ken, he immediately assisted in confirming the situation and, with a highly professional, calm, and responsible attitude, personally delivered the bag to the police station for safekeeping.
Throughout the process, Mr. Ken remained in contact with me, proactively updating me on the progress and reassuring me, making me feel safe and cared for during my anxious time. His high level of responsibility, integrity, and empathy for travelers truly moved me and left me with an extremely positive and lasting impression of your company.
I sincerely thank your company for training such an excellent and trustworthy driver and guide, and I hope your company will recognize Mr. Ken's professionalism and service spirit during this trip. This experience not only helped me recover my important belongings but also made me appreciate your company's dedication to service quality and staff professionalism.

We booked the tour to depart from Kaohsiung - it’s a long drive to and from Alishan! I would recommend Taichung or Chiayi if you don’t like long car rides. Tour guide Stella was very funny and able to communicate well in English with our group of 8 (Vietnamese/Chinese/Australians). Stella was welcoming and controlled the speed of travel well. She was considerate of the girls who felt sick in the car and pointed out good photo spots for those who wants cute pics. I was more keen on the history and walking around Alishan, but this tour doesn’t give you a lot of time to enjoy the area, and also only covers a small area of Alishan. It’s like a taste-test! Alishan is worth coming back to in the future!★

The driver introduced the attractions in detail along the way, and would tease the children. The arrangement was very good. First, the car was slanted from the mountain to the mountain and then took the small train. He also helped us take photos. I was very satisfied.★

I love every aspect of the trip. From pre-trip information, transportation and explanation till the end everything was excellent. Enough time was provided for sightseeing and shopping. Guide Alicia was knowledgeable, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend this tour. Although the hike was easy, quite some long staircases were involved and it was not wheelchair accessible.
