The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. I booked this trip for my brother and sister-in-law. They were so happy when they came back! Although I was very proud and thought I made the right choice, I didn't really know how good the tour guide was. My brother and sister-in-law kept asking me to give the tour guide a good review for the next three days 😂 Anyway, I believe they had a very enjoyable time. I am very grateful to the tour guide for taking care of my family and making them have a pleasant experience in Japan. The tour guide was Fu Shuo. When traveling without wanting to plan ahead but still wanting to see the sights, signing up for a day tour is a hassle-free option. Based on Ctrip's reputation for reliable quality, I chose their day tour this time, and it was excellent. Our tour leader, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly helpful, from informing us of the meeting point before departure to providing directions at the end. She patiently explained each attraction, and I learned a great deal from her. A huge thank you to Ms. Jiang for treating us to delicious pudding at her own expense! My trip to Osaka was wonderful, and these memories will stay with me for a long time!★

Our tour guide, Mr. Wang Weibing, provided excellent service. He was very welcoming and even offered to help us with our heavy luggage. We enjoyed the entire trip. We were also fortunate enough to experience snowfall in Miyama Town, which was absolutely beautiful. When we passed through areas with snow, the guide even allowed us to get off the bus to take pictures. I was extremely satisfied with this trip.★

This route is beautiful, but the only downside is that it's quite far. It takes about three hours from Osaka and two hours from Kyoto, so a day trip would definitely be a quick tour. Joining a tour group is more convenient, and the ability to get off in both Kyoto and Osaka is a great bonus! I was very satisfied with our guide, Hu Jun. His explanations of the attractions were clear and thorough. He sent us the locations of each attraction the day before and on the day of the tour. He even used WeChat Line to distinguish between groups from different regions. His service was attentive and highly praised!★

I like the places we went. The activities are fun especially the feeding of seagulls. Our tour guide, Bunny is friendly and helpful. She took nice photos for us and will find out with the local staff with our enquiry. She can speak Chinese, English and Japanese. Good experience. Highly recommended.
