I had a great experience with Trang An, especially with Trang from Happy's team who coordinated my transport. She got in touch via WA and introduced herself and was very responsive when I text her about locating the limousine van or changing my schedule. She went above and beyond by texting me to ensure I caught my rescheduled ride and that there were no problems. The limousine van itself had very comfortable seats and the driver drove very safely. Really happy with the service.★

We booked a flight from Sapa to Ninh Binh, even though we had provided a hotel room in Tam Coc. There was no transfer to the hotel, so we had to call a taxi. Otherwise, the bus and service were excellent.
