Reviews: Xel-Ha Park Admission Tickets
Guest User2026-01-14
Xel-Ha is by far the most relaxing of Xcaret parks and it gives you the most freedom. Just spent 4 nights at hotel Xcaret Arte and this park was included. It was our favorite of the ones that we visited, and we visited them all except Xenses. It’s basically a water themed park where you can get in the water and interact with sea animals or you can just lounge and float or snorkel through the mangroves, float down a natural lazy river, cliff dive, ride the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya, and more. There are also restaurants and areas for kids. The highlight of my day was swimming with manatees, which was a bucket list item for me. It was a beautiful experience, and I really will cherish it. I also rode the giant lighthouse slide, which is the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya. It was really fun, although the end was quite a surprise and felt like I got thrown into a washing machine. My favorite part of the day was floating down the natural lazy river and I honestly loved it. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was 80° and I will remember it forever. This place is truly awesome and it’s great for families or couples. I plan to be back in the future.

Take note! Visit Xcaret if we go to Mexico! The entrance fee in February 2026 was $152 USD; children are free. It's a bit pricey, but the unlimited photo package is $70 USD—you can take pictures wherever you want. It's wonderful. You get one free meal included, from 11 am to 5 pm, with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks at any restaurant in the park. Everything is beautiful. Don't bring too much stuff; a towel and walking shoes are all you need. There's plenty of shade and hydration stations everywhere. If you're coming with a baby, bring them in a stroller; otherwise, they'll have to walk a lot. Wherever you leave them to go to any attraction, it's safe—no one will touch anything.
Reviews: Chichen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid Tour with Tequila and Lunch

Kevin, the guide, and Gabriel, the driver, were extremely personable. Kevin was super knowledgeable and brought an element of humour to what is a long day to ensure people remain engaged. Special thanks to him for sharing such wisdom, ensuring we were satisfied with the tour, and giving some extra pointers on every stop. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico! Thanks again

Juam the guide and Jose the driver made the experience safe and so informational. You learned about the culture in a personal way. You could see the game when he was describing it. Worth the money and long drive out there!
Reviews: Tulum Mayan Ruins and Cenote Swim from Cancun

We had a wonderful day, Tulum was super beautiful, Mary knew so much interesting information about it. The cenote was amazing, exactly what I was hoping for. It was a long day but that’s just because we were leaving from Cancun. The van was comfortable and we were picked up on time.
