Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Foreigners who want to enter South Korea visa-free must apply for a K-ETA at least 72 hours before departure.
