[Notes when purchasing multiple tickets]

If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be shared. Please make sure to use all of them for the same trip.

To use the voucher, open the usage page using the link in the voucher sent to you at the time of purchase, click the "Use" button, and show the screen to a member of staff.

*You will need to open the web page on your smartphone, so please check your network environment.

*Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used.

*If you purchase multiple tickets at once, you cannot use them individually and they will all start to be used at the same time. If you want to use them individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.

*For security reasons, you may be asked to enter a one-time password (OTP) for authentication. If this occurs, please follow the steps below.

1. Enter the email address where you want to receive the OTP and press the send button.

2. Check that the OTP has been sent to the email address you set in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain "@linktivity.co.jp." Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you cannot find it there, the email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again, starting with entering your email address.)

3. Enter the OTP provided in the email you received on the ticket screen and press the confirmation button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed on-site on the day.)
