Osman and the crew were very friendly, I lost my hat during the trip, and when done, I went to tell them, only to find it sitting right there on the table! they had found it and brought it immediately. I had a lot of fun, very nice views, very organized track and trip overall. Ordering photos afterwards is highly recommended, they will send you high quality action photos you've never dreamed of before

The hammam experience was great and very relaxing. the facilities were also very nice and felt clean. however it's important to note the hammam is only 1h long (not 2h as advertised. it seems they advertise 2h as they expect you to add additional treatments such as a facial or foot massage onto your hammam).

You don't have to go to the counter to exchange tickets, just enter the bridge and scan the QR code. It's fast and easy, and there are few people. You can choose this route next time you go to Zhuhai, which is very convenient for Hong Kong Islanders

The actual delay was 20 minutes, and the journey took 90 minutes because of the intermediate stop at the Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal.

Very convenient. You can scan the QR code at the terminal to exchange for a physical ticket and enter the gate. The journey is comfortable and goes directly to Sheung Wan. It is much faster than the tourist bus. I recommend it.
