Reviews: Toronto: Niagara Falls Day Tour with Optional Boat Cruise

The tour with Bernard was fantastic. We were picked up on time and given a warm welcome. Towards the end of the drive to Niagara Falls, Bernard filled the experience with interesting facts about the various lakes and places around us. There were two stops where we could take photos and a free maple syrup tasting. Once we arrived at the falls, he gave us some tips, and we were free to explore on our own. After four hours, we met up again, and he brought us back safely. Bernard is a particularly great tour guide for German speakers, as he speaks German very well and has close ties to the German community.

It was such a nice trip. Perfectly organized with tons of spare time! We had so much fun and time to explore the falls and take everything in. Winston our driver was so sweet and kind! Absolutely loved this trip.

Very nice excursion to Niagara Falls. It takes place over the day: bus, explanations, cruise at the foot of the falls then 3 hours of free time, then maple syrup tasting, then visit of Niagara Parks, and stop in the old town for 1 hour. Explanations all the way, and calm on the return. Alex our guide was very kind and Hugo the driver very cool. I recommend this tour!!

Our guide Johnny was truly fantastic. He speaks excellent German in addition to English and French, and he went above and beyond to make everything possible. This was quite a challenge during our visit. A snowstorm made the journey more difficult than usual, and the poor visibility meant that any activities involving a view were not recommended. The maple syrup tasting had to be canceled due to a power outage in the town, and our booked dinner had to be rescheduled because the restaurant overlooking Niagara Falls was closed due to the weather. However, we were able to enjoy a three-course meal at the Hard Rock Cafe, which was a great alternative. We did manage to catch a glimpse of the illuminated Niagara Falls, but we quickly retreated back to the warmth of the bus. Thank you, Johnny, for this unforgettable trip and for your efforts to make everything happen!
