Reviews: Hobbiton & Rotorua including Wai-O-Tapu - Small Group Tour from Auckland

Amazing places to visit! We had a great driver who's knowledgeable and accommodating to ensure a pleasant trip for all of us. There were about 6 of us, so a small group which is great. Very enjoyable and recommended!
Reviews: Rotorua: Wai-O-Tapu Geothermal Park Entry Ticket

The geothermal park is truly impressive, with an extraordinary array of colors and natural phenomena. The geyser, however, is artificial and smells of Marseille soap, clearly intended for tourists: this aspect didn't convince me. Furthermore, immediately after the 10:30 a.m. show, most visitors flock to the park at once, creating some very crowded spots along the route. Overall, however, the experience is interesting and I recommend it.

Great place to be. The landscape is so unique. The smell of Sulphur is quite pungent. So if you have really young kids they may find it hard. The staff are pretty chill. Really good food options and cafe too.

The tour is super nice, Luke our guide was very engaging and gave us plenty of information. We not only learned about the reserve, but also about Māori culture, and some fun facts about New Zealand’s nature and history. Top experience.
