It's great value, 1000 RMB + 15 USD tip, the driver is also the tour guide, bilingual, the group I joined is not only Chinese, but also has people of all ethnicities.

I recommend going during warmer months than winter. The outdoor seats on the second floor are ideal for watching the ladder, but you'll need to be well-dressed during colder months. (I went at the end of December, so I wore a down jacket and scarf.) You can also see various lakes and coastal tourist attractions, so I think it's a great value tour. Food and drinks are sometimes available for purchase on board, but bringing them with you is prohibited. However, candy and gum are of course OK. There are also restrooms on board. The view of Mount Rainier and the Space Needle from the second deck was spectacular. You can also see Gas Works Park quite well from the boat.

Exceptional experience, great way to see the city highlights, opportunities to check out sites with stop offs and picture opportunities as well. Jeff was a phenomenal guide and so fun and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Only problem was the van broke down for 2 1/2 hours. However, the guide treated all of us to our choice of dessert and drinks which was great! Thanks for the wonderful tour! Our tour guide was great!!!

My daughter and I went on this tour during a 3 day Seattle visit for her 17th birthday. I would say that this tour was worth every penny! Ben was a fantastic guide and we had a lovely time. We were picked up and dropped off at our downtown hotel which was extremely convenient. We stopped part way up the mountain for a break and Ben made us coffee and served a snack of breakfast breads. Later, had a very delicious lunch (cloth napkins and everything LOL). Being July, we had gorgeous weather and the beauty of Mt. Rainier cannot be described. It was truly lovely. We saw waterfalls, a bit of snow, lakes, gorgeous views, and even a bear! Thankfully he was walking away from us, but it was very cool. This is a long day so plan accordingly (we knew that going in) but would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Ben was very gracious and considerate. He gave us so much information and was very accommodating to be sure that everyone in the group (5 of us total) had as little or as much activity as we wanted. 10/10 Highly recommend!
