If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know in advance:
- To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed experience
- The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years
- All participants must carefully follow the guide's instructions and obey traffic regulations. The local operator is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behaviour or failure to comply with safety rules
- Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill
Remember to bring:
- It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. During summer, the use of hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen is advised
