What's included
The itinerary includes vehicle service fees, fuel costs, toll fees, highway fees, driver/guide service fees, and free service for children under 3 years old held in laps (not occupying a seat). Please inform us in advance when registering; children over 3 years old are charged the same price.

How to use
Once tickets are issued, any unused services cannot be changed, refunded, cancelled, or transferred.
Whether a ticket booking is successful or not is unrelated to the booking time. If the booking date is sold out, a full refund will be issued.
Please be aware that once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-changeable, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Each adult aged 18 or above can bring one child aged 3 or under on the tour free of charge. Children will not be provided with a seat on the bus/bed in a hotel/meals. If you require these services, please purchase a tour ticket for the child. Please inform us in advance if you need to bring a child under 3 years old.
- Each guest aged 3 or above can bring one piece of luggage free of charge for this trip. Please inform us of the number of luggage items when registering. Our company will not be responsible for any luggage items that cannot be brought on board due to failure to inform us in advance.
- The above itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.
- Please be sure to provide complete information when making a reservation to avoid errors that could affect your trip.
- Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Elderly individuals, those with hypertension, heart disease or other cardiovascular diseases, and pregnant women are advised to have family members accompany them.
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the trip.
- This is a fixed shared tour. Customers participating in this tour are requested to adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the instructions of the driver/guide.
- Please note that no refunds will be given for any absences or cancellations due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons.
- If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
- Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. We apologize for any delays or cancellations caused by the aforementioned factors or other force majeure events, and no refunds will be provided on such grounds.
- Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not bring any items prohibited by Japanese law, so as to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights.
- During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property security. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure events, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or may even cancel the operation of some rides and shows.
