The operator replies to messages very fast. Instructions given were very clear the day before. The bus picked up time punctually. The driver, also acts as a guide, Abby is very professional and knowledgeable. He'll give a brief introduction about the surroundings on the way to Milford Sound Cruise. He's a good driver too.. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. We were happy to have Abby on that day.

Milford Sound is a must-see in New Zealand. Not only is it a unique fjord landscape unlike any found in my country, but Milford Sound in the rain is even more like something out of Lord of the Rings than on a sunny day. We set off early from Queenstown, trekking through mountains and rainforests shrouded in mist. The sky was overcast, and we occasionally passed waterfalls formed by mountain streams, enveloped in fog. It was truly breathtaking.

First of all, I must say the bus driver was extremely dedicated and demonstrated very professional qualities; kudos to him! Although the day trip lasted twelve hours, because of the four rest stops for sightseeing and the driver's smooth driving, I didn't feel too tired at the end of the day. Overall, I would recommend it.

After my fixed-wing experience at Milford Sound in New Zealand, I was worried about getting my overseas credit card deposit refunded, as cross-border coordination is inherently difficult. I'm especially grateful to the Ctrip staff for their quick follow-up and proactive efforts in communicating repeatedly with the overseas merchant to push for the refund to be submitted. They patiently updated the progress throughout the process, demonstrating professionalism and responsibility, which greatly alleviated my concerns. Such after-sales service for outbound travel is truly reassuring; five stars are definitely warranted!
