[Group size] Private tour group size is limited to 6 guests, additional guests beyond 6 will be charged at 100 per person

[Admission Ticket] This guide does not include ticket reservation service. Please reserve your ticket separately via the official WeChat account.

[Fee] Free for children under 6 years old (excluding headphones and seat occupancy). Minors under 18 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by at least one guardian.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
