The tour was really well organized, with a few short drives. Our guide Vincent was very kind, he spoke perfect French and had a lot of historical knowledge, the tour was fascinating, we saw and learned a lot in one afternoon. The tour itself is well organized. It's just that the places aren't anything special. The boat has a show, but there's a cover charge (optional). Ilha dos Frades is pretty, but nothing out of the ordinary. Ilha de Itaparica has absolutely nothing except a restaurant. There's nothing to do and the food is quite expensive. I don't recommend going to Itaparica.

This was the highlight of my tours in Salvador! Wagner the guide has a deep social and anthropological knowledge of both Salvador and the places of this tour and the conversation was super interesting. This tour lets you see unforgettable places and more importantly gives you experiences of authenticity that complement and go beyond the other tours!
