Details: You will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and cook it according to traditional recipes. In the end, we will have a typical meal altogether, inclusive of appetizers and vegetables from our small garden. We believe in respecting the seasonality of all products and only cook with local ingredients. The experience will be accompanied by narrations of our culture and regional traditions.
