Meet at meeting point: DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Meet your tour guide, who will be wearing a logoed shirt reading First Coast Cart Tours on the north side of the parking garage, where bus lines load/unload and where the trolleys pull in/out. NOT at the clock tower and circle on the south side.
