Kevin, the guide, and Gabriel, the driver, were extremely personable. Kevin was super knowledgeable and brought an element of humour to what is a long day to ensure people remain engaged. It’s was an amazing experience to share with my sister. I had been there several times it was my sister’s first time she was amazed with the food and the finale of the show. Safe transportation picked up transfer and return safe to our hotel. I highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

Early start meant we entered CI as one of the first groups. This meant good photos without the crowds. Albeto, yes Beto without the R, was very helpful and did some great illustrations of Mayan life and beliefs. Only downside was the buffet lunch, which was not special and served in a mass group roadside location. The food was ok and plentiful but other tours have taken us to better places. Good trip though and glad we did it.

Nice people running the trip , loads of fish to see , we had a lovely few hours , the snack the bar is afterwards was very tasty too . It was choppy at sea and some people were sea sick. One lady couldn’t swim but the guide looked after her and she had a great time . Theo was our guide , a really nice man.
