Pompeii was magnificent, but the weather was very hot. However, since the volcano tour was cancelled, the overall trip wasn't too tiring. There were many shopping stops along the way, allowing for ample rest. We didn't return to the starting point until late. The tour leader said a refund was possible; I don't know if Trip.com will actually give us one.★

Absolutely fantastic! I initially chose them because they offered Chinese-speaking guides, but I had a reservation at another museum that didn't fit in with my schedule. They surprisingly made time for me, which was incredibly touching. The entire itinerary was perfect, and the complimentary gelato was the best I'd ever had in Rome. This is definitely the best way to experience Rome!
