The team reached out immediately after we made the booking on Trip.com. Gave us details and confirmed our appointment way ahead. The 90 min aromatherapy massage was one of the most relaxing and the best Iβve had. Everything was managed well, from storing our luggage to getting ready for our massage and even giving us ample time to shower after. We were also allowed to take our time to enjoy the cookies and delicious ginger tea at the end of the massage. We were given a smooth ride back to the airport well ahead of time for our check in. The journey from the airport took about 20mins even though itβs located close by but the Grab had to make a U turn a distance away. Will definitely come here again the next time Iβm in Bali!β
