I think this is a very worthwhile part of Kota Kinabalu; the fireflies are beautiful, and the tour guide is excellent. Aside from the slightly bumpy ride on the main road, there are no other downsides.★

Our family of three's 3-day trip to Malaysia was made even more memorable by our driver, Jin Jin, who accompanied us to Selangor today. Jin Jin was incredibly thoughtful, providing water and umbrellas for guests in the car. She proactively introduced us to the sights along the way, and even reminded us to carefully check the prices on the menu before ordering. When we invited her to dine with us, she declined, saying it was company policy and we had to follow the rules. We will definitely choose this platform and Jin Jin's services again for our next trip. Booking through Trip.com was very helpful. We chose this activity based on the reviews and ratings, and it did not disappoint. We booked just one day before our trip, and the PIC provided clear details on the meeting point, contact person, and Google Maps location.
On the day of the tour, everything started on time. It was a shared boat with another couple, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The boatman was very professional. We visited the bat cave and explored the Andaman Sea. The price was reasonable for the experience provided.
A simple lunch was included, which was sufficient. Overall, the kids enjoyed the tour very much. We highly recommend booking through Trip.com as it is easy, convenient, and reliable. Previous reviews were very helpful in helping us choose this activity.
