[Time Slot] Morning session: 10:00; Afternoon session: 13:00/14:00. The specific meeting time will be notified by the guide one day before the tour.

[Group size] Join-in tour maximum 20 people, private tour 1-6 people

[Admission Ticket] This guide does not include ticket reservation service. Please reserve your ticket separately.

[Fees] Children under 6 years old can join the tour for free without headphones and do not occupy seats. For join-in tours, participants aged 6 and above should book according to the number of people traveling. Minors under 18 years old cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by at least one guardian.

After placing your order, our instructor will contact you one day before your trip to discuss the meeting arrangements. Please keep your phone accessible. If no one contacts you, please inform our online customer support promptly.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 15:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
