She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the pandas and conservation efforts, but she is also one of the kindest people we've met. Her warmth made the trip feel personal and special. The shuttle bus departs from the Mirui building and leaves quite on time. The driver is good and not too fast. On the way there, I chose to sit in the driver's seat for a beautiful view.

A fantastic experience! We were guided through the market by Hang, who explained the different vegetables to us. Afterwards, we had tea and peanuts. Then we cooked with a chef. She didn't speak English, but Hang translated. We prepared three dishes, each one as delicious as the last. I highly recommend doing this activity when you visit Chengdu!

The painting teacher and the school headmaster were both exceptionally kind and attentive—genuinely caring hosts who guided us with great patience. A fluent English-speaking interpreter was present the whole time and assisted with everything, including arranging transportation. She also shared fascinating insights into local customs and everyday life in China. The result was a deeply authentic, hands-on experience that felt personal and thoughtfully curated rather than touristy.
