Excellent! We booked the tour for 5:30 pm, but it started about 20 minutes later. We saw Miami in daylight, then later at dusk and in the dark! It was very interesting. The guide was bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.

It was fantastic, a great activity from start to finish. Thanks to Chuck, the boat captain, Sean, our English-speaking guide, and Dylan, our amazing French-speaking guide ❤️ Biscayne Bay is beautiful, the kayak tour through the mangroves was great, and we had a wonderful encounter with raccoons 🦝 The atmosphere on the boat was very friendly with music and cold drinks!!! I highly recommend it ❤️

Fantastic driver/guide, comfortable van and well-chosen route for a great day in Miami. I would only suggest more time in the urban art district. The tour is very focused on Little Havana due to the company's connection with the community, which is understandable, but the horizons could be broadened.

We initially worked with Karen at the office and booked our private tour over the phone weeks ahead since this was a corporate activity. The day of the private tour we met Manuel our tour guide and he was incredible. Great personality, he is a subject matter expert on all things Miami and its history plus he was very professional with us all. Really enjoyed it and would love to do it again.
