
VIP Lounge Access Privileges
1. Traveler names/pinyin must match the names/pinyin on the boarding pass. No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to name/pinyin discrepancies.
2. Once the e-ticket is issued, no refund will be granted regardless of whether it is used or not.
3. Please purchase the lounge according to your departure/arrival/transit flight. Although the lounge names may be the same, their locations vary by flight segment. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for inability to use the lounge due to reasons not attributable to the supplier!
4. After placing your order, customer support will confirm the availability with the official lounge and finalize your booking. The voucher or usage instructions will be sent 6–12 hours before your scheduled use. We appreciate your understanding!
5. We are only responsible for booking the lounge and are not responsible for the service quality or meals provided by the lounge.
Airport concierge service
1. Service inclusions: Only includes service items agreed upon in the standard service process. Unless otherwise specified, services such as luggage handling, VIP lounge access, golf cart rides, valet parking, flower arrangements, and wheelchair assistance are additional paid services that must be requested and paid for at the time of booking the main service.
Some airports may charge additional fees (such as night service fees) during certain service hours.
3. The standard service procedure is only applicable to regular passengers. For celebrities or government officials, prior notification to airport management is required. The standard service fee does not apply and needs to be confirmed separately.
Any booking made within 48 hours is considered an urgent booking and will incur a 50% additional expedited fee.
All bookings will only be confirmed after payment is completed.
If passengers request service changes, it will be treated as service cancellation and processed according to the cancellation policy.
