[Pick-up & drop-off area]
1. The free shuttle service for hot air balloon rides covers areas in Cappadocia including Göreme, Uçhisar, Avanos, Ürgüp, and Ortahisar.
2. If the pick-up & drop-off area is exceeded, an additional surcharge will apply.
Meeting time and location
The meeting point is at the hotel front desk. As the vehicle picks up guests from each hotel one by one, the specific meeting time at your hotel will be confirmed and notified by customer support the night before the flight.
Other
If you need to request an invoice, please apply within two months from the travel date. This service will not be available after the deadline.
Late, Not Participating
No responsibility will be taken and no refund will be provided if you are late or fail to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons.
Health Requirements
1. Children aged 6 and under, pregnant women, and seniors aged 70 and above are advised to ride with caution.
2. Individuals with acrophobia or limited mobility should ride with caution.
3. Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or similar medical conditions should ride with caution.
Hotel Change
We do not recommend changing hotels after receiving confirmation, as it may result in flight disruptions or delays. If you must change hotels, please provide the new hotel information at least 24 hours before your trip, and we will reconfirm it for you.
Cancellation due to weather
If the hot air balloon ride is canceled on the day due to weather conditions, our store will issue a full refund, but we will not be responsible for any other losses. Thank you for your understanding.
Hot air balloon ride inspection canceled
For safety reasons, the Türkiye government conducts random inspections of hot air balloon equipment from time to time. Balloons that fail inspection will be ordered to cancel flights. In such cases, our store can offer a full refund, but we will not be liable for any losses. Your understanding is appreciated.

1. Hot air balloon rides carry certain risks. Participation is voluntary, and we recommend purchasing overseas travel insurance. We only handle bookings, as the actual legal relationship is between the customer and the hot air balloon company. In the event of accidental injury or fatality during the ride, as the agent, we will only assist you with necessary claims procedures with the hot air balloon company. We do not accept direct compensation claims or legal liabilities against our company. Please place your order only if you agree to these terms.
2. Additional charges may apply for pick-up and drop-off services at certain hotels, such as Crystal Kaymakli Hotel and Gold Yildirim Hotel. If the hotel is located far away and incurs extra costs, our customer support will contact you after placing the order.
3. Except for normal flight cancellations by the hot air balloon company, all compensation terms shall be executed in accordance with this product's compensation policy. Refund or compensation requests due to any personal reasons from customers will not be accepted. Please place your order if you agree to these terms.
4. If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, we will make every effort to arrange a flight for the next day. However, if seats for the next day are sold out in advance, we will not accept any claims and will process a refund directly.
5. If cancellations due to weather conditions result in a large number of travelers being stranded, or if special holidays during peak travel seasons cause a sudden surge in passenger flow, the hot air balloon ride company may switch basket types or add a second departure time slot to accommodate more travelers. In such cases, we will calculate and refund the price difference based on the actual basket type or departure time slot used by the customer, but compensation claims for these circumstances will not be accepted.
