If any ticket issues arise during your visit, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the attraction to resolve them. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from attempting to resolve issues independently.
If passengers change their itinerary due to personal reasons, any additional costs will be borne by the passenger. The unused portion will be considered automatically forfeited and is non-refundable or transferable.
The itinerary includes outdoor activities. We recommend wearing outdoor gear like windbreakers and preparing sunglasses, sun hats, etc. according to personal needs. Mountain areas have many mosquitoes in summer, so bring insect repellent.
Children must be at least 8 years old to ride horses. Children aged 8–15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older to register.
The maximum weight for riders is 110 kg.
Two people cannot ride one horse together.
Long pants and closed-toe shoes are more suitable for horseback riding.
Helmets will be provided free of charge to guests and must be worn during the horseback riding session.
Before the trip begins, the guide will provide guests with a brief training.
