We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.

The driver was very polite. He came to find us at the pick-up point, drove well and followed the law. He stopped when we needed to use the restroom, and wasn't in a hurry. He was a really good driver and provided excellent service. He dropped us off safely at our destination and helped us carry all four of our bags. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely use his service again. ❤️❤️❤️

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....

I booked the shuttle bus, but unable to contact agents/ driver via WeChat. I always asked local people to call them to provide the exact location. The agent/driver never even contacted me for confirmation.

I was very tired. It was nice to be able to travel comfortably by bus, but the final stop was far from the hotel. I had intentionally booked my accommodation at the Xingyu Hotel, which is the last stop, but the place they dropped me off was different. I had to walk for about 20 minutes. My schedule in Huanglong was exhausting, and having to walk again after getting off the bus made me feel very tired. I had to find the hotel on my own. The driver was not friendly, and his driving was rough; the roads were rough, and I saw quite a few people getting motion sickness on the bus. Make sure to bring a bag. It left me with some regrets, but...


