It's not the organizers' fault that I took away points. The weather ruined everything: cold, frost, and ice. The delivery was comfortable, the lunch was good, but walking on the wall itself was very slippery. And everything was foggy. So, we didn't get what we expected.★

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. I'd like to share my experience. It's warm on the wall on January 8th. The temperature is just above freezing. Those accustomed to Far Eastern and Siberian winters with temperatures of -20-30 degrees Celsius will find it very comfortable. We haven't tried the green route. It's shorter (1.5 hours) and easier. We climbed the red route (2.5 hours) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, taking 40 minutes each way. From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, it's a stroll. From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, it's a dash up steep steps. The steps are of varying sizes. Watch your step. Wear light shoes. And don't dress too warmly. A wet back, and maybe even something else, will ruin the experience. It's better to dress lightly and sportily, and pack some extra gear in case the wind picks up.★

The tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Jessie, was great. We had an issue with our cable car ticket, so we had to buy another one, but she refund us the first one right away after we told her about the issue! She also told us many interesting stories that we probably wouldn’t have heard with other guides and she was super friendly! She also took us to an amazing spot to take a picture while we were at the summer palace!★

We booked a private car for a trip to Mutianyu through Trip.com and everything went smoothly.
The driver arrived at our hotel on time. A big advantage was that he was able to drop us off directly at the main entrance, so we didn't need to use the shuttle bus from the parking area.
Communication was efficient; the driver used a translation app, so we had no issues agreeing on the details and the schedule. On the way back, he also stopped at the Olympic Stadium as we requested before returning us to the hotel.
Overall, it was a professional and well-organized service. I can recommend this option for families looking for a convenient way to visit the Wall.★
