If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
(1) You must present your passport or Emirates ID card for identification upon entry.
(2) No refund will be given for unused or partially used services.
(3) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
(4) You are required to arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before the tour starts.
(5) Pregnant women, people with heart disease or back pain are strictly prohibited from participating in this tour.
(6) The maximum weight for all activity is 120 kg.
