The explanations were very clear and attentive. The aunt was very enthusiastic. It was a great feeling to sit in the teahouse and enjoy the tea.★

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, articulate, patient, and enthusiastic. He helped us fully understand the history and stories of West Lake and Lei Feng Pagoda, and deserves a five-star rating. He knew we wanted to see the lotus flowers, so at the end of the tour, he took us to the best spots and helped us get a car so we wouldn't be delayed too long on our next trip. Thank you so much for the tip! I can't rate it because we didn't have an audio guide.
