The day trip was very well run and efficient. The driver was punctual (even slightly early) and safe as well. The company also helped to arranged for an English speaking guide which really helped to bring to life the tour of the Dazu rock carvings;which by itself is already quite astounding in the magnitude and scale, as well as some the detail for some of the carvings.

The format for a group of up to 8 people is ideal: no fuss, and the guide has time to pay attention to everyone. A cruise on the Wujiang River is a great way to start the day: from the water, the landscapes look completely different, revealing perspectives you can't even see from the shore. The current, the cliffs, the silence broken only by the lapping waves and the cries of birds... The three natural bridges in Wulong are truly incredible: enormous stone arches, as if created not by nature, but by the imagination of a brilliant architect. Standing beneath them, you feel tiny—the scale is simply mesmerizing. Longshui Gorge is a completely different experience: narrow, deep, with sheer walls and waterfalls, where the air is fresh and humid, and the sound of the water seems to wash away all the bustle of the city. The trails are well-maintained, but you still feel like you're in the heart of wilderness... At moments like these, you understand why you travel at all.
