Tour Notice
1. The zip line is only available for riders weighing between 30kg and 90kg:
2. Treasure Hunt Elevator, Sculpture Elevator: Tickets required for ages 14 and above.
3. Tickets are required for the Rainbow Lake cruise for individuals 1.2m and above in height.
4. Tickets are required for Yixiantian Slide and Wuwangpo Slide for those over 1 meter (exclusive) in height.
5. In case any attraction is temporarily closed or unavailable due to reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, peak season queues, or equipment maintenance, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. As the attraction strictly enforces real-name entry, please accurately enter your personal ID information. Incorrect information will prevent entry, and using someone else's ID is not permitted. Visitors will bear all losses resulting from incorrect personal information or ID errors that prevent entry.
2. Visitors must bring their own passports to exchange for paper tickets at the Grand Canyon attraction counter for entry.
3. The following items are not allowed on the glass bridge: snacks, liquids, water bottles, crutches, lighters, cameras, etc. High-heeled shoes are also prohibited. Travelers are advised to deposit these items in advance to avoid delays in their itinerary.
4. In case of severe weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice, the Glass Bridge or Grand Canyon attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Under such circumstances, the attraction will only process ticket cancellations without additional compensation. During severe weather, the Grand Canyon may adjust the visiting routes accordingly. If any complimentary or included services cannot be provided due to weather conditions, the attraction will not refund the price difference. Please be advised.
5. One ID can only be used to book one ticket per day. Repeated bookings will cause the attraction system to fail and prevent entry. Please be aware!
