If there is a discrepancy between the package you booked and your actual car rental request, the price difference must be paid in full one day before the rental date. If the car rental service cannot be provided normally due to untimely payment of the price difference, you will be responsible for any related consequences.
Booking processing schedule notice
To ensure your booking is processed promptly, our regular business hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 daily (China time). If you submit a booking outside these hours (18:00 to 09:00 the next day), it will be processed by 09:30 on the next working day.
Friendly Reminder Regarding Urgent Bookings
If you submit an urgent booking outside operating hours, there may be delays due to manual processing limitations. To avoid affecting your plans, we recommend placing your booking during operating hours. If your booking cannot be completed as expected due to being placed outside operating hours, we appreciate your understanding, and the associated risks will be borne by the buyer.
Child Safety Seat Usage Instructions
According to the transportation regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, effective November 1, 2025, children under 8 years old and shorter than 135 cm must use standard child restraint systems (such as child safety seats) when traveling by car. To fully comply with the regulations and ensure children's travel safety, we offer the following two solutions for your choice: 1. Bring your own qualified seat: You are welcome to bring your own child safety seat that meets the safety standards of your country or region; 2. Rent our service: We can provide child safety seat rental services at a rate of 148 CNY per use per child. If you wish to rent, please inform us through customer support channels before 17:00 the day prior to your ride to ensure proper arrangements. (For rides in Hong Kong, failure to declare in advance or provide a seat may result in the driver refusing service without refund due to safety regulations.)
Car Service Terms and Conditions
Free Waiting Time & Overtime Charges: 1. Macau Local & Macau-Guangdong Transfers: ① Airport drop-off/transfer service includes 30 min free waiting time. Overtime charges apply at 250 CNY per 30-min block (rounded up). ② Airport pick-up includes 60 min free waiting time (calculated from actual flight landing time). Overtime charges apply at 250 CNY per 30-min block (rounded up). 2. Hong Kong-Macau Transfers: ① Airport drop-off/round-trip transfers include 30 min free waiting time. Overtime charges apply at 250 CNY per 30-min block (rounded up). ② Hong Kong airport pick-up to Macau includes 90 min free waiting time; Macau airport pick-up to Hong Kong includes 60 min free waiting time (calculated from actual flight landing time). Overtime charges apply at 250 CNY per 30-min block (rounded up). If you need the driver to wait beyond the free period, please negotiate and pay the overtime fee in advance. If no agreement can be reached due to the driver's schedule, the driver may leave without refund for the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
Nighttime service fee: Regular service hours are from 07:00 to 22:00 (excluding holidays). For rides outside regular service hours, an additional nighttime service fee is required: CNY 150 per trip for local Macau services, and CNY 200 per trip for cross-border services. Customers must pay the corresponding nighttime service fee before the ride to continue enjoying the service.
Passenger Count, Child Safety Seat Occupancy, and Luggage Restrictions: 1. Both infants and children are counted as one passenger each. 2. The total number of passengers plus luggage must not exceed the vehicle's maximum capacity. If exceeded, the driver reserves the right to refuse service based on safety and compliance requirements, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.
Cross-Border Ride Special Notes: 1. Starting from December 1, 2017, all passengers traveling via land ports or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge must disembark with their luggage for customs clearance. 2. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to passenger-related issues, the booking will be charged in full with no refund. 3. The driver can wait for free at the port for 30 min. If the driver cannot contact the passenger after the waiting time, they may leave with no refund. If you still need the ride, please communicate with the driver in advance. The overtime fee is 250 CNY per 30 min (rounded up to 30 min).
Booking Cancellation and Modification Policy: Once confirmed, bookings cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons (such as missing the flight, oversleeping, ID endorsement issues, etc.), and a penalty fee will be charged according to the page rules. After confirmation, the vehicle rental duration cannot be modified to ensure service resources are reserved.
Additional Notes: Prices may fluctuate during holidays/major activities and are subject to confirmation by customer support; the airport pick-up point is subject to the driver's guidance.
Baggage Size Calculation Instructions: The number of baggage pieces indicated for each vehicle type is based on a standard size of 24 inches. Luggage exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.
