Highly recommended.💯 The service was smooth and easy. We were picked up from out front hotel at Shangri-La. We took a private tour of 3 people. Went to Balagezong up until the peak. Then stay overnight opposite Meili Snow Mountain. We are lucky we are able to catch the gold sunrise from Meili Snow Mountain. Mr. Stone our driver and guide - is very helpful, providing us information about culture, history and facts. Appreciate it so much. If you are going to Shangri-La please spend time to go to Balagezong and Meili Snow Mountain. Worth every penny. 😊

They are very professional and flexible, you can discuss and customise how, where and when you would like to spend your day. It truly met what we really wanted - quality over quantity. Today, we chartered a private car for a day to visit Shangri-La, Napa Lake, Songzanlin Temple, and the ancient city. I was impressed by the driver, Mr. Zhao, who provided helpful advice on purchasing tickets to Songzanlin Temple and taking us to a delicious meal. He was also very patient. I'm very grateful for his excellent driving service and highly recommend it to everyone. We booked this tour through Trip.com. Although the driver didn't understand our communication, it didn't hinder us. We used Google Translate to communicate and enjoyed Shangri-La very much. We would love to visit the places we visited.
