White Horse Temple half-day tour with 1-1.5 hour highly-rated guide service

1. The guide will contact you via SMS or phone call the night before. Daily time slots: 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00. As this is a join-in tour, please arrive at the White Horse Temple ticket gate 10 minutes before your booked time slot. Being late for more than 20 minutes will be considered as forfeiting the tour, and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Chinese mainland visitors can use their ID cards for admission by swiping them at the entrance. Visitors who did not bring their ID cards should contact staff to receive an admission ticket QR code for entry.

3. The children's package is only available for children aged 12 and under. This package includes a 60-minute expert guide service but does not include any admission tickets.

4. Admission ticket + guided tour package includes the ticket package. The guided tour package without admission is exclusively for those with free entry. After placing your order, please promptly contact customer support to arrange the time slot for the guided tour, or you may specify the time slot in the order notes.

5. For package admission tickets, the default setting is for full-price tickets. Our staff will automatically purchase full-price tickets for all guests. If you qualify for half-price tickets, please contact customer support in advance to inform us. Otherwise, once the tickets are checked, the price difference cannot be refunded!
