1. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact details, whether adult or child, etc.) when making your booking to avoid errors that may affect your travel. 3. Due to the high-altitude areas included in the itinerary, individuals with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or coronary heart disease are not permitted to participate.
Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult traveler throughout the journey.
Travelers aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 18 or older throughout the trip.
The price is based on two people sharing one room (except for dormitory rooms). We will try to arrange room sharing for solo travelers.
Child admission tickets cannot be booked in advance, please purchase them directly at the attraction.
For this activity, your tour leader or driver may need to adjust your itinerary depending on weather and traffic conditions. This could mean visiting attractions in a slightly different order. They will always ask your permission before making changes and you won't end up with fewer attractions in your itinerary.
9. During the tour, if any attraction cannot be visited normally due to force majeure, the tour leader may cancel or replace the attraction after consulting with guests based on actual circumstances. Alternatively, the guide may refund the admission ticket price listed in the travel product on-site (refunds will not be based on the attraction's official listed price). We appreciate your understanding.
10. In case of unexpected situations such as road conditions requiring changes to meeting times, the final schedule will be announced by the guide or onboard staff.
11. Complimentary items in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
During group tours, if you choose to leave the group outside of free time periods, any uncompleted itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited. Only the unused admission ticket fees will be refunded.
Visitors with discount-eligible IDs such as senior citizen ID, military certificate, military disability certificate, disability certificate, student ID, or guide certificate may enjoy discounted admission tickets, subject to the attraction's policies on the day of travel. Eligible visitors should bring the relevant IDs, and the guide will arrange on-site refunds for the price difference based on the discounted rates already applied in the packaged itinerary.
