① During peak season, to ensure smooth entry to the attraction, there are multiple pick-up points with pick-up times approximately between 06:30-07:30. Please follow the guide's final arrangements.
2. For group tours, please follow the guide's arrangements. After booking, the guide will contact you by phone or SMS between 20:00 and 22:00 the day before your trip. If you have not been contacted by 22:00, please call our emergency contact number immediately. You can explore the attraction freely or stay with the guide during the visit. Please note that no refund will be provided if you are unable to enter due to personal reasons.

3. Due to limited reception capacity, the attraction implements timed admission with visitor flow control. The actual morning/afternoon admission hours on the day will be determined by the attraction's arrangement with travel agencies. The pick-up time in the morning is approximately between 06:00-10:00, with the exact time to be confirmed by the driver or guide. Placing an order indicates your acknowledgment of these terms.
④ Due to the high water quality requirements for visiting Pingshan Scenic Area, in case of force majeure such as bad weather, the attraction may temporarily close for visitor safety and experience. If the attraction announces closure after the tour group has departed, we will either change the itinerary to another attraction or refund the remaining amount after deducting transportation costs. For 1-day tours with itinerary changes, the difference in fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Starting from August 8, 2025, all group vehicles traveling from Hefeng urban area to Pingshan Tourist Attraction must participate in the shuttle transfer. Transfer fee: CNY 30 per person round-trip; children aged 6 and below or under 1.2 meters in height are free. Transfer location: Parking Lot No. 2, Zhangjia Village, Hefeng County. Navigate to "Pingshan Transfer Center".
