We didn't get to go through the Panama Canal on our cruise ship, but this was a nice way to see it. We saw a large ship go through all the locks, and the tour explained how the Canal worked, which I had not known previously (I thought it was just a ditch connecting the two oceans).
The tour of the Fort was interesting too, but very hot. I enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the area: a sloth, coatis, and numerous birds!
