Reviews: Panama: Guided Northbound Panama Canal Cruise

Explanations and information throughout the trip were wonderful except that in many places of the ship, the sound system was not good enough so I had to miss out quite some info. When I had to be away from the sides of tour guides.

Very helpful and polite guide. Very nice tour. It's a shame it was a Sunday, and the Canal Visitor Center was very crowded.

This tour shows and tells so much interesting history of Panama! It's a must for anyone interested in Panama's past. Demetri, hopefully I have his name correct, was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He's also in tune with Panama as it exists today!

We didn't get to go through the Panama Canal on our cruise ship, but this was a nice way to see it. We saw a large ship go through all the locks, and the tour explained how the Canal worked, which I had not known previously (I thought it was just a ditch connecting the two oceans). The tour of the Fort was interesting too, but very hot. I enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the area: a sloth, coatis, and numerous birds!
