
1. On the day of your trip, please wait for the shared transfer driver in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. If the driver does not arrive on time, contact customer support immediately. If the driver leaves due to your late arrival, you will be responsible for the costs and the shared transfer fee will not be refunded.
2. Pregnant women, infants under 1 year old, seniors over 60 years old, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions are strictly prohibited from going to sea. You will be responsible for any losses resulting from concealing your health condition.
3. Please confirm the number of travelers and baggage quantity in advance. Last-minute additions may result in the driver refusing service, with any additional costs to be borne by you.
4. Please take all personal belongings when getting on/off the vehicle. Additional fees will apply if the driver needs to return forgotten items.
5. Please fasten your seat belt while riding. You are responsible for any fines incurred for not wearing a seat belt. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying strong-smelling foods like durian is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Violators may be denied service.
6. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or ocean currents. If the sea trip is canceled, please contact customer support to reschedule or cancel. The order of activities, timing, and snorkeling spots are subject to change based on the day's arrangements.
7. The pier usually provides motion sickness medicine (subject to availability). You can contact the guide to obtain it or bring your own.
8. Please follow the guide's instructions when participating in optional activities (fees excluded). Due to wind conditions, parasailing is not recommended for individuals weighing over 100 kg. Private motorcycle rentals are strictly prohibited, and violators will bear full responsibility for any consequences.
9. When snorkeling or participating in water activities, please wear a life jacket and follow the safety instructions from your guide.
10. Recommended items to prepare in advance: swimwear, change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, sandals or slippers.
11. Gratuities are not included in the itinerary. If you're satisfied with the service, you may voluntarily give tips as appropriate.
12. Koh Larn speedboat tour: Travel photos will usually be sent to you via cloud storage link within 1–2 working days. Please download and save them promptly as the cloud storage is regularly cleared.
