Performance times during Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day are subject to change. Final schedules will be determined by the attraction and published on our official website.
During peak travel seasons such as Lunar New Year, Labor Day, National Day, or summer vacations, admission tickets are in high demand. A ticket issuance fee of 30 CNY per ticket will be charged. Performance time slots are not specified, and the actual time slot will be arranged by the merchant. If tickets are unavailable or the arranged time slot is unsatisfactory, a full refund will be provided without any compensation. Please book with caution if this is a concern!
During the off-peak season, only the first time slot is usually available. By default, tickets are purchased for the first show. If tickets for the first show are sold out on weekends when admission tickets are in high demand, the purchase will automatically shift to the second or third time slot. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
Subsequent time slots will only be opened after the first peak season time slot is sold out. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time slots will only be performed after the preceding time slots are sold out.
Important Notes:
1. Tickets must be picked up for admission. Present the contact's mobile phone number or ID card to collect tickets (use the booking number in the SMS sent by the attraction along with the phone number to pick up tickets).
2. Seats for admission tickets are randomly assigned by the attraction system and cannot be specified!
3. No entry once the show starts! No cancellation! Do not be late! Once the ticket is collected or activated, it cannot be canceled!
4. Performance times during Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day holidays are subject to change. Final schedules will be determined by the attraction and published on our official website.
5. During peak holiday periods, time slots are not assignable and will be randomly allocated. We appreciate your understanding!
6. During the off-peak season, usually only the first time slot is available. In the peak season, subsequent time slots (2nd, 3rd, and 4th) will only open after the previous ones are sold out!
7. Ticket pick-up time:
19:00~19:30 (Tickets can be collected before the 19:30 show starts)
20:00~20:55 (Tickets can be collected before the show starts at 20:55)
21:30~22:10 (Tickets can be collected before the show starts at 22:10)
23:00~23:30 (Tickets can be collected until 23:30 before the show starts)
