Regarding pick-up & drop-off points: The pick-up and drop-off must be at the same location. If different locations are required, please inquire with customer support in advance. Last-minute changes are not accepted.
Regarding guide working hours: 10 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Overtime fees: £50 per hour for driver-guides, £100 per hour when driver and guide are separate.
Regarding the guide's meal allowance: The guide and driver do not dine at the same table with guests. You need to pay a meal allowance of £20 per day each for the guide and driver, or purchase lunch and dinner for them.
About gratuities: Each person needs to pay £10 per day in gratuities separately to the driver and guide.
Regarding the charging time: The guide will explain the fees upon first meeting the guests to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings that may arise from discussing it midway or at the end.
