UK Oxford & Cotswolds AONB private charter 1-day tour [Chinese-speaking driver, round-trip from London, door-to-door service]

package type:

Private charter by day, 10 hours daily (service between 9:00 AM–7:00 PM). Default itinerary starts and ends in the same city (e.g., departure from London and return to London). If cities differ (e.g., departure from London and ending in Cambridge), single-day private charter is 8 hours daily.

-----Daily private charter, including 300 km of travel. Driver overtime for 5-seater vehicles is £40 per hour, for 7-seater vehicles and above it's £50 per hour, and for 10-seater vehicles and above it's £80 per hour. If there is overtime, please pay the driver directly. Overtime is calculated in 30-min increments. For every 1 km over the included distance, an additional ¥10 will be charged.

This private charter service does not include guide services by default. If you require a driver-guide to provide basic commentary (this is a value-added service), please contact customer support to pay the price difference.

Please read the following carefully before booking:

1. After the automatic booking is completed, our customer support will receive the system booking and reconfirm with you.

Bookings within 24 hours are considered urgent, simply select the express package option.

3. The vehicle photos on the page are for reference only. The actual vehicle type provided may vary.

4. The time slot is continuous. Timing starts upon picking up passengers, and any parking breaks during the service will also be counted as working hours.

5. After successful payment, please fill in your travel information and contact details in the booking system. Our customer support manager will add you on WeChat to confirm your booking on the same day or the next day. We will arrange a WeChat group chat to contact you 48 hours before departure.

6. Any price difference resulting from changes to the booking type, itinerary, travel time, etc., vehicle ferry fees for island or cross-sea travel, boat tickets, personal expenses, and all other unmentioned fees must be paid additionally to the driver on the spot. Otherwise, the driver has the right to refuse service, and the booking cannot be refunded or changed. If you have any questions about the fees, please contact our customer support immediately, or keep your receipts and contact after-sales customer support after the service is completed.

7. The time slot is subject to the time agreed upon in the booking. Private charter time cannot be interrupted. If the trip ends early due to the passenger's personal reasons, no compensation will be given for the vehicle rental duration, and no refunds or changes will be made for the remaining fees. For multi-day private charter trips, the private charter time cannot be transferred or accumulated.

8. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to visa-related issues preventing the trip from proceeding.

Vehicle type and driver/guide change:

1. Our service offers a private, customized itinerary with high-quality service, allowing you to decide the duration of your stay at each attraction. During holidays or peak travel seasons, you may encounter traffic congestion on the way to attractions, so we kindly ask for your patience. Occasionally, if immediate parking is unavailable at a specific attraction, the driver-guide will drop you off at the nearest possible location, requiring a short walk on your part. We appreciate your understanding. If you request to end the service early for personal reasons, the fee for that day will be charged as a full-day rate.

2. After the booking is paid, if the number of passengers increases and a vehicle upgrade is required, the price difference for the upgrade must be paid. If the booked vehicle type cannot accommodate the increased number of passengers or luggage on the service day, resulting in our inability to fulfill the service, the fee will not be refunded, and the service will be terminated.

3. During your private charter service, if you wish to change your driver-guide for personal reasons, please contact our customer support at least 2-5 hours in advance to arrange a replacement.
