If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

English is only provided for simple questions, and the tour is mainly in Chinese
Due to the great changes in weather and sea conditions, the actual itinerary time is based on the SMS notification before 17:00 the previous day.
Guishan Island is only open from March 1 to November 30 every year, and is closed on Wednesdays.
People with heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnant women, or people with physical or mental disabilities are not allowed to ride
During the voyage, passengers must wear life jacket at all times and do not throw anything into the sea or feed anything that may damage the marine environment.
