The bus is not bad, but if you are very tall or large, you might want to choose something else... It is a bit cramped and there is not much legroom, the seats are not very comfortable, but the trip is calm and on schedule.

All departure procedures are on the same floor. Just find the main exit and you'll immediately find the ticket vending machine. What's most amazing is that staff are on hand to proactively guide you through the process – such thoughtful service! 👍 After exchanging your tickets, the staff will even tell you which bus to catch (on which date), so you can easily get on your bus to your destination. (PS. All the worries before going abroad were unnecessary!) 👍👍👍

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant. The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.

It's a great deal for traveling to Hirashima and back. I also used it to travel to Nara and back. It's also possible to travel around Osaka on some routes.
