
Booking Tips:
※Please gather at the designated location at the designated time, the bus will depart on time!
1. Once the order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please understand. If you are late, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment and all fees will be lost. Please be aware.
2. On the day of your visit, please be sure to strictly observe the meeting time and arrive at the designated meeting point to gather and take the bus to Universal Studios.
3. Please be sure to arrive at the bus meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. The bus will depart on time. Please be aware that we will not wait for you if you are late.
4. Guests are not allowed to take up seating with their own luggage! Each guest is limited to one piece of luggage!
5. This is a public transportation service and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Scheduled bus services may be cancelled due to force majeure or the number of passengers does not reach the minimum operating number. Customer Service will contact you in advance.
7. During holidays/ Peak season, the bus service may arrive later than the estimated time due to road congestion or any other unforeseen events. Please understand that we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by guests due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to accommodation fees or taxi fares.
Orders are accepted until 12:00 (Japan time) 1 day before the date of use
(Example: Tour date 3/20, 3/19, order deadline is 12:00 noon)
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
