Luggage Policy

• Each passenger may bring up to two medium-sized (24-inch) pieces of luggage, with a combined weight not exceeding 15kg.

Eligibility

• Children aged 0–3 travel free of charge.
• Children aged 4 and above are charged the same fare as adults.
• All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Additional Guidelines

• This is a join-in tour; the vehicle type (van or bus) will be arranged based on the number of participants.
• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the vehicle.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard.
• The vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Child seats are not provided. Please purchase a separate voucher if your child requires a seat.
• Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions. Kindly allow extra time for potential delays.
• The driver may make up to two rest stops per journey, depending on the route, with each stop lasting approximately 15–20 minutes.
• This is a one-way transfer. To book a round trip, please make a separate reservation.
