Wan was our guide and driver, who was excellent. Great communication all the way via WhatsApp - from pick up to all the stops, was good to have a small group as much easier to manage amongst all the big tour buses. We were dropped off with ample time to see the sights and take pics, and she was flexible to tweak this as one of the stops had huge crowds. Would highly recommend!★

This was a packed day trip, offering incredible views of Mount Fuji from various angles. We traveled with two people over 75 and a five-year-old child. Our guide, Andrew, was energetic and engaging. He made us even more excited about what we were about to see and was incredibly hospitable. Our bus driver was skilled, making the journey very smooth. This trip was easy to book, and I highly recommend it if you're short on time and looking for a day trip from Tokyo.★

As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous!
This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

The trip was great, except for a few minutes being cut short, which reduced our time at each destination. I suspect this was due to traffic leaving the city and the start of the holiday. It was my mistake not to check the dates beforehand. Despite the unpredictable weather, we were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji appearing and disappearing until the very last moment before our return to Tokyo. As for our guide, Kinny, she was very kind and approachable. Thanks to her and our driver for ensuring everyone's safety throughout the last day of the trip.★
