2. This product arranges suitable vehicle types based on the actual number of passengers, following the first-come, first-served principle. Seats cannot be reserved or specified. Without affecting your itinerary, vehicles may be shared between Fujian (Nanjing) Tulou Scenic Area and Yongding Tulou, requiring vehicle changes during transportation. We appreciate your understanding.
3. The round-trip journey to the Tulou buildings takes a considerable amount of time, so we recommend bringing snacks. To avoid missing your return flight or train, we advise against scheduling any return train/bullet train or flight on the same day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any costs incurred due to missed trains or flights will be your responsibility, and the travel agency will not be liable. If you need to change your tour date or cancel the trip for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. However, if the trip is canceled due to uncontrollable factors such as severe weather or attraction capacity limits, you will receive a full refund, though no additional compensation will be provided.
4. If you choose to participate in only part of the itinerary, the uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited with no refund. No refunds will be provided for changes to tour dates or cancellations.
5. During the Xiamen Tulou tour, if there are staff members along the way, they will guide you through local cultural views, customs, and recommendations for food and Attractions & Tours, such as narcissus flowers, salt-baked chicken, Pien Tze Huang, and Zhangzhou ancient town. This is not shopping inducement—feel free to ignore or disregard if uninterested.
6. To protect the tulou structures, most buildings in the attraction do not allow visitors to go upstairs. We appreciate your understanding. Local villagers within the tulou area operate small businesses selling specialty teas and other goods. If approached by villagers promoting their products, please use your own discretion when deciding whether to make purchases. Our staff does not recommend buying these items and cannot guarantee their quality.
7. To support rural economic development and provide quality experiences, some tours may feature local villagers as guides at attractions. During the guide service, the hospitable Hakka people may invite travelers to their homes for tea tasting. Travelers can decide whether to accept the invitation. Please note that sales pitches may occur during tea tasting, which are unrelated to the travel agency. Please make purchases carefully. Travelers who prefer not to participate in tea tasting can enjoy free time at the attraction.
8. This tour package is offered at a discounted bundled price.
