Our trip to Xiling Snow Mountain was very smooth and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Kranz, was excellent—gentle, patient, and very accommodating. I requested to start at 8am and she arranged everything well.
As Muslims, we brought halal ramen cup noodles, and she kindly showed us where to get free hot water. She also waited patiently while we prayed at the mountain. She was never pushy and waited for us throughout the whole trip.
She helped with translations, communicated with ticket staff, and handled the ticket purchase, making everything very easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a very smooth journey and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!★
